Mr Ferenc Toth graduated from medical school in 1991 at the Medical University of Pécs, Hungary and has been a consultant in trauma surgery since 1997, a consultant in hand surgery since 1999 and a consultant orthopaedic surgeon since 2003.

Between 2004 and 2005 he worked as department head of the hand surgery unit at the University of Pécs. Mr Toth joined the orthopaedic team at Barlborough NHS Treatment Centre in 2005 and has been an active member of the hospital since. He has a special interest in hand injury, prosthetic replacement and hip fractures.
