Mr Edoardo Petrone graduated from medical school in 1997 at the Medical University of Rome “Sacred Heart”, and completed his speciality training in anaesthesia and intensive care in 2004. He is passionate about pain treatment using alternative techniques such as radiofrequency and plasma rich platelets in joints. Mr Petrone likes doing regional blocks combined with spinal or general anaesthesia.

In 2013 Mr Petrone attended basic and advanced courses in Canada in the application of ultrasound for pain medicine (Philip Peng – USPM), and has been a consultant anaesthetist in a public hospital in Rome between 2005 and 2018. In 2018 he moved to the UK and a year later joined the team at Barlborough NHS Treatment Centre.
