After graduating in 2004 with a BA (Hons) in Business and Accounting, Delano completed MBA in 2006 and CIMA qualification.

Delano first joined Care UK in September 2013 as Reporting Accountant in Reading Head Office, progressing to Senior Finance Manager for Barlborough NHS Treatment Centre in 2016.

Describing his role he said: “Every day brings a new set of experiences and there is always something to learn and I am really enjoying working with the team at Barlborough.”
